Fresh produce at Woolton Hill Village Market
Woolton Hill Village Market is held on six Saturdays of the year in the village Church hall from 10.30am until 1pm.
There’s fresh local produce and crafts, tea, coffee and cakes. Also available are locally sourced meats, vegetables, bakery goods, preserves, plants and crafts.
The Market website says:
“Our market offers fantastic produce, arts and crafts, and an opportunity for friends and neighbours to meet over a cup of tea! We boast a great selection of things to eat, try and buy. The choice of food, dependent on the line up for each market, includes high-welfare pork, beef, lamb; fresh Devon fish; organic bread and cakes; artisan cheese; local honey; savouries; hand-made chocolate and pure Arabica coffee.
We also run our community stalls, selling goods such as fresh fruit and vegetables, local eggs, English cut flowers and cooked refreshments – bacon, chipolata or pulled pork rolls – with any profits contributing to the running of the Market, or going towards our ‘Charity of the year’ donation.”
The date of the next market can be found on the Woolton Hill Village Market website here. There’s also a Facebook page here.
