We are a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers, and by buying Kennet Radio gear you help to support us and the community radio service we deliver to West Berkshire.
We hope you will be 100% satisfied with anything you buy from us, but in case you’re not, here are your options.
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order at any time prior to the goods being dispatched. Any payment made will be refunded in full.
Once the goods have been dispatched, you can cancel your order by returning the goods to us once they have been delivered to you.
Returning unwanted items to us
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you have 21 days to return the goods to us if you decide you don’t want them any more.
You will have to pay the cost of sending the goods back to us, and the goods must be in good condition and properly packaged. For example, clothing must not be used/worn other than to try it on.
When we receive the goods we will refund to you in full the price paid for the goods.
If the goods are faulty or misdescribed, you may return the goods to us for a full refund.
