Emotional health – support for young people and children

On Kennet Radio’s Saturday Chatterday this week, Dr Michelle Sancho, of West Berkshire Council, describes how young people and children can be supported with regard to their emotional health.

Dr Sancho says that the “front door” of the West Berkshire emotional health service is the “Emotional Health Triage Service” which has a website here:

Emotional Health Triage is a free service open to children and young people (under 19 years old) in West Berkshire who need support with emotional health difficulties. Since we opened our doors in 2016, the triage service has helped over 2,000 children and young people and their families to get the right support to meet their needs.
