Upcoming Hungerford Food market

The monthly Hungerford Food & Artisan Market is re-starting on Sunday 10 April.

The market runs from 10am to 1pm at The Croft Field Centre, between Hungerford Nursery School and St Lawrence’s Church. On the menu will be over thirty local food and artisan stalls, live music, fresh coffee, bacon butties and homemade pasta.

Ruth Jordan from Priscilla’s Kitchen will demonstrate seasonal wild garlic recipes, and new this year will be a seed & plant swap for vegetables, fruit and herbs. Don’t worry if you don’t have anything to swap, as donations can be made instead.

You can also bring your used foil and trays to the HEAT stall for recycling  (because West Berkshire Council doesn’t recycle foil). Please scrape food off and scrunch the foil into handful size balls.

Entry is free and well-behaved dogs are very welcome on leads.

The monthly markets are organised by Hungerford Food Community, a community organisation which promotes food and cooking locally. For more details please visit hungerfordfoodcommunity.org
