Plans show scale of “Eagle Quarter” plans

On their Facebook page, the Newbury Society has published a detailed critique of the recently amended plans to replace Newbury’s Kennet Centre with the “Eagle Quarter”. You can read the post here. The Society have reproduced some elevation drawings from the amended plans (including the one above) which show Newbury’s current street scene set against the proposed buildings.

The developers who are proposing the plans are Lochailort, who have a special website here.
