Old Bath Road Stretch to be Closed
The westbound carriageway of the Old Bath Road, Newbury, will be closed from 28th October until 11th November 2019, so that SGN can replace/upgrade the gas delivery network within the westbound carriageway.
The diversion in place will be for traffic wishing to travel westbound along this road, the diversion (anti-clockwise) will be via Oxford Road and Western Avenue.
Turning left out of the junction of Strawberry Hill onto the Old Bath Road will not be permitted.
Traffic exiting this junction will need to turn right and follow the diversion route. Please see the above plan for further reference.
