Local roads blocked by trees felled by Storm Eunice

Kennet Radio has been keeping listeners informed all day about Storm Eunice.

Several local roads and pavements have been blocked by fallen trees.

Kennet Radio presenter Ali sent us the photo above showing a tree down in Oxford Street, Newbury. Trees down have also been reported on Pyle Hill Greenham, Thornford Road Crookham and on the A339 between Newtown road (Swan Inn) roundabout and the entrance to Greenham Business Park.

On Thatcham’s Lower Way, there have been two trees down on the road and pavement between Pound Lane and Derwent Road junctions.
