Kennet Centre proposal is refused by the council – and developer amends it
In two letters sent out today, West Berkshire Council has notified residents that it is refusing the Kennet Centre planning application (Application number 21/00379/FULMAJ) and also informed them of amendments to the same plan by the developer.
The first letter says:
“I am writing to inform you that the above application has now been determined and it has been REFUSED.”
The second letter says:
“This is to inform you that additional drawings/amended plans for the above application have been received by the Council. The main changes to the application include:
Reduction of 2 storeys of block A,
Reduction of 1 storey of block B,
Reduction and greater set back from 33/34 Cheap St of block C,
Amendments to roofscape of blocks A, B, C and F.
Reduction of 21 flats from 402 to 381.”
