The number of young people enjoying  adventures whilst developing life and military skills with The Royal County of Berkshire Army Cadet Force is increasing...so the Army Cadet Force are looking for adult volunteers to join their leadership team.

Military experience is NOT required... though have a willingness to learn new skills... and the ability to communicate in the classroom and outdoors.
