Charlie Dore at Ace Space

Charlie Dore, the unique folk singer-songwriter, and Julian Littman, played to a packed and appreciative audience at Newbury’s Ace Space last Saturday (19th October 2019).

In a couple of hours she put across her unique view of life, covering seven albums, including her latest, ‘Dark Matter’.

The show covered topics from light bulbs to death and was a delight for both folk club regulars and newcomers.

She finished with her hit single ‘Pilot of the Airwaves’, a song that’s a firm favourite among Kennet Radio presenters.
